Email, name, phone number, password (encrypted), Google sign-in ID if you use it, your orders and payment history. We use it to take your order, contact you about pickup and answer your questions.

2. How long we keep it
We delete your information when you delete your account, except records we must keep by law, such as payment records for tax purposes.
3. Service providers
Card payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. Emails are sent through Resend. Google handles Google sign-in.
4. Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your information at any time on your account page, or email us.
5. Security
Passwords are hashed, all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and only bakery staff who need access have it.
