At a glance
Full refund when you cancel 7+ days before pickup.
Half refund 3–6 days before pickup.
Refunds are processed within 3 business days.
2. 3 to 6 days before pickup
We refund half of the deposit — we have already ordered ingredients for your cake.
3. Less than 3 days before pickup
Your cake is already being made, so the deposit can't be refunded.
4. How to ask for a refund
Click “Request refund” in Billing on your account page, or email us. We refund to the card you paid with. Card refunds take 5–10 business days to appear.
5. If we can't make your cake
If we have to cancel because of an emergency at the bakery, we refund the full deposit.
